How we help
Our groups and activities provide an opportunity to connect with others, learn new skills and develop techniques that can help you manage your mental wellbeing. Our 1-2-1 support lets you talk and be listened to and can help you to better understand your struggles, consider your options and develop future plans.
Mental health support on your terms
You know your personal circumstances and needs better than anyone else, so you get to choose what to come along to or how much you want to get involved. Our helpline is available to you even if you don’t want or aren’t able to join us in-person.
Led by people who really understand
We are led by people who have struggled, and some who are still struggling, with their mental health. We have current and former members of the charity on our trustee board, in our Leadership Team, on our staff team and as volunteers.
Our Mission
We offer mental health support to any adult in Cambridgeshire or Peterborough who needs us. Working together, we help people to rebuild their confidence, make connections, and get their lives on track.
Our Vision
For people to have mental health support that’s centred on their needs.
Our Values
We make sure people are heard
We listen to each other, making sure that voices are included and represented.
We’re welcoming
We create safe spaces where people can be themselves and speak freely, without shame or stigma.
We believe in each other
We know that with the right support people can make a positive impact in their communities.
We care
We’re here for one another.
Our annual review
Every year we take a bit of time to reflect and see how we’re making a positive difference.
