Our Member Employment scheme offers the opportunity to work for Lifecraft for a few hours each week. Member Employment aims to build confidence, develop new skills, to support people on their journey back into employment, volunteering or training outside of Lifecraft. Employment opportunities are available to all Lifecraft Members and those who would qualify for Membership due to lived experience of mental health issues. Our current roles include administration and database work, social club workers and cooking. All Member Employees are provided with relevant training, supervision and support for their role.
