WHAT IS DRAMATHERAPY?
Dramatherapy is a method of working and playing that uses action methods to facilitate creativity, imagination, learning, insight and growth. Dramatherapy offers a safe place from which to explore painful experiences, by developing fresh perspectives and new ways to think about aspects of our lives. It can be beneficial for adults who are looking for a creative way of thinking about painful, complex or confusing times in life.
