Take a look through these options – you might find the answer you’re looking for. If not, we’re here to help; just reach out using the form or contact details below.
You need to join our membership to access most of our groups and activities. Membership is free to anyone aged 18 or over, who lives in Cambridgeshire or Peterborough and has, or has had, experience of mental illness or mental health issues. Visit our membership page for everything you need to know.
There are lots of places where you can get help, depending on the type of help you need. Our helpline, Lifeline 0808 808 2121, is available from 11am to 11pm every day if you need someone to talk to, or take a look at our get help page for other options.
Your feedback helps us to find out what we’re doing well and what we could do better. Our feedback page allows you to give anonymous feedback, but we’re always happy to have a chat if that would be easier for you. We have a separate complaints procedure, so please get in touch if you have a complaint rather than feedback.
We run our services across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Therefore we are in different places on different days. Please check our locations’ opening hours before travelling.
