Supporting people who struggle with their mental health is incredibly rewarding. Working for a small local charity allows you to help those within your own community. At Lifecraft, we’re also striving to do more and do things better, so we’re adapting all the time.

A close-knit team that cares about your wellbeing
We are a small team of about 20 employees, most of whom work part-time. Many of us have lived experience of mental illness, which creates a caring, encouraging and supportive team. We are proud to have signed up to the Mindful Employer Charter.
What we offer
We are a Living Wage Employer: we believe that our staff deserve a wage that meets everyday needs. Home-working, remote working and hybrid working are all options, depending on business needs. We give more than the statutory minimum annual leave allowance and encourage staff to make the most of their time off!

Unfortunately we don’t have any vacancies at present.
Volunteers
The commitment, energy and enthusiasm of our volunteers means that we can deliver an extensive range of services to local people. We have various rewarding volunteering opportunities available, so please do take a look.
