Forrest yoga was invented by an American woman with physical, mental and emotional healing in mind. She created and adapted traditional methods to help herself and others to improve their wellbeing. Discover techniques for breathing, moving and thinking that will change the way you live.

Yoga for Beginners is led by Hannah

Hannah Floyd, 39, is a Forrest Yoga Level 1 Certified teacher. She is also a mum and a special needs teacher. She has lived and worked in Cambridge for the last 7 years.
