As the nights are drawing in we have two new groups starting and we are making a couple of changes to our weekly timetable.
Mindful Movement Flow, a fun exercise group for physical and mental wellbeing, will be starting on Thursday 3rd November at 2.15pm-3.15pm.
Bonjour! Everyday French is now a group, which means any one join at any week, and it will be restarting on Monday 7th November 3pm-4pm
Meditation and Mindfulness Group is shortening their sessions and their new times are Mondays 2.30pm-3pm.
From November Monday’s Social Clubs will be moving 30 minutes earlier and will now be 3.30pm-5.30pm. The Members’ Meetings will also be 30 minutes earlier, on the first Monday of each month at 4.30pm
