A free NHS service providing advice, information and support to Cambridgeshire people thinking of stopping smoking.

Providing free and confidential services for young people in Cambridge City and East Cambs, including counselling, information, advice, advocacy and young carers support.

Promoting and activating the interests and wellbeing of people aged 50 or over.

Raising awareness, providing support, promoting choice about psychiatric drugs.

Offering a confidential counselling service in Cambridge and surrounding areas for those whose lives have been affected by childhood sexual abuse.

Cambridgeshire’s mental health helpline, providing confidential listening support for anyone over the age of 17.  Open 7pm to 11pm every day of the year.

A friendly self-help group supporting people with bipolar disorder (manic depression), their family and friends).

The third party confidential reporting scheme allowing victims and witnesses of hate crime to come forward.

Helping people with a disability or long term health issue find long lasting employment.  Support is also available to anyone who is already working where their existing health issues are causing difficulties or where someone becomes disabled because of an accident or illness.

Providing face to face contact for vulnerable customers of The Pension Service.  Local teams raise older peoples’ awareness of what is available to them and increase the up-take of entitlements.

Runs projects across Cambridgeshire providing leisure, educational and work opportunities for people with a wide range of disabilities.

Supporting lesbian, gay and bisexual young people living in Cambridgeshire.  Fully trained Youth Support Workers and volunteers offer safe and supportive activities for young lesbian, gay and bisexual people to take part in.

A forum for people in Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire who have accessed help for mental health problems, enabling them to share their views and experiences to build a collective User Voice that aims to bring about positive change.

Running experiential psychotherapy groups for women facing the key challenges that emerge in mid life. The groups are designed to help women explore these issues in a safe, confidential and supportive setting.
